Something Special for B-Day & First Trip at WDW

We recently booked a trip to WDW and we leave in 46 days. One of the people in our party will be celebrating thier 30th B-day our first day there. I would like to do something special that doesn't cost major $$$'s for our first day and her birthday. I thought of breakfast at Chef Mickey's but that is booked so far in advance and we would never get in there. Any suggestions there are 11 of us and for some of our group it will be their first time to WDW. We are staying in Windsor Hills as well so maybe there is a restaurant near that someone could recommend for a B-Day supper!! Open to any and all ideas. Thanks.
