Something really strange happened this morning..

I didn't eat much lunch or dinner yesterday, I just wasn't very hungry. So, this morning I was feeling a little dizzy and my stomach was growling. I actually had to eat something because my body was hungry and not my mind!! That has never happened before...and as Martha would say, "It's a good thing" :)
 
Not feeling hungry is a side effect of Atkins. You have to make yourself eat! At least every 3 hours or so, have a snack - even if you don't feel like it. We don't need a dizzy Kelsie around here!! :p :p
 
a loss of appetite is part of atkins. But never go longer than 6 awake hours with out eating. And if your dizzy make sure your eating enough to be full and drinking all your water. Lets not get sick.....lets get skinny:)
 
And if you don't eat enough your body slows down it's metabolism so that you lose slower :( I hate that part. I've been guilty of not eating enough food this past week.

You're doing great Kels, keep up the good work.
 

I know what you mean Kelsie! I knew that I had to have something in my tummy this afternoon --- and I had to actually make myself eat a one ounce serving of pecans! I just wasn't hungry ---- but I was feeling sluggish and knew my body needed some fuel.

Yes, I agree ----- "It's a Good Thing!";)

I know the feeling Klesie- and love it. Can I even tell you the last time I felt hungry? NO! But I do now! It's really hard for me to eat too because I feel yucky all the time- it's because of the amount of water I drink I'm sure. My stomach is always feeling so full the last thing I want ot do is eat! But, I try to put some things in my tummy. EVEN though the head says- don't eat, you'll lose more!
