It is an absolutely beautiful day here. the snow is still white and in many places undisturbed. The sky is blue and the sun is shining The birds are flying . It is 8 am and is already 20 degrees and it is predicted to be 40 by this afternoon. For you warm weather folk- this is a BIG thing here in Boston. This is going to be one of the warmest days since Dec. Yahoo!!

Maybe it will melt some of the snow off the top of my SUV that I can't reach. Looked out last night before leaving work, and I think there was over a foot on the roof.
We didn't end up with as much as you in boston, but enough anyway.

we live in a split and the snow was over the downstair windows. I spent hours yesterday shoveling it away from the window. We definately got over 2 feet in the storm. But my yard really does look beautiful today

It is beautiful here in Wakefield too!! We have so much snow that my bird feeder doesn't hang anymore, the squirrels are having a field day!!!It is so nice to see the sun so bright...I think spring must be just around the corner!!!

Spring is in the air!

aa4mom, we have the same kind of house. DH did most of the shoveling Monday night. Then Tues morning I came into the office, sat down at the desk and looked at the window. Its half buried! I cant see anything but snow now.

Yes, it is beautiful (but only for a short period of time). I heard the birds chirping this morning and it made my day!! It is supposed to be around 40 degrees here too!!

We'll see how long the snow will be around - May, June?

I can't wait for the summer to come!!

It feels like Spring in Maine this morning!! It's about 24* at just after 7 a.m.- I might have to dig out the shorts!!

Heard the weather report this morning and Des Moines could have 50° temps today!!! Hard to believe it is still Feb. except that snow is coming in this weekend . Maybe we will get lucky and miss it. I am passing the time by getting organized for 3/15 cruise. Kathy
