From my tree, not my fridge. ;)

Any thoughts on what it might be or what to do?

It's like a circular part of the peel is eaten away and all of the inside goodies are sucked out. :confused3

Roof Rats, very common in AZ, they go from tree to tree in peoples yards, the trees are close to the houses, so they just go from house to house in the roofs. They will find their way into the attic spaces and make their nests, too.

Don't know where you live, but it could be rats.

I mis-read this as "Something is eating my organs" as in liver, gallbladder, etc.

I'm so happy it's just your oranges!

Well, I would have a look see. The rats are really bad in some parts of Phoenix because it is so easy for them to find food and they do love citrus.

Good luck finding out who the culprit is.
