Ok...I'll be right upfront here....I love Annie Lennox.

She could sing dirges and I'd probably love dirges.

Annie has recorded a new Christmas CD called A Christmas Cornucopia.

I cant stop listening to it.

There are even two songs used in the Candlelight Processional. These are songs you dont normally find on other Christmas CDs.

The songs are Angels From the Realms of Glory and Il est ne le divin enfant.

OMG, I love Annie Lennox! Every time I hear her sing "Into the West" from The Return of the King I burst into tears. "The Eurythmics" have always been one of my favorite groups. I'll have to check out that album!

I think one of the most under-rated songs of all time is "Why" by Annie Lennox. The power and emotion in that song gets to me every single time I hear it.

Not only is Annie's voice amazing , IMO , but the emotion she puts into her songs is simply moving...

3. What does she have against a first class operation like WD?

I like a few of his/her songs. "Why" features strong vocals, no doubt.

But that "If I Could Turn Back Time" song where she sings half naked to the sailors on the aircraft carrier is Over The Top (meaning outrageous, not the sly Stallone movie )

I'll be that if she could "Turn Back Time" she'd not spoil her artistic intergrity by doing the video !! LOL OMG

Bottom line: I'm not gonna give her a chance.

I admit i'm not inclined to like her brand of "music," so maybe i am coming at this from a biased point of few. I enjoy heavy metal like early Bon Jovi and some hardcore rap like Will Smith, etc, but mostly i stick to soundtracks of disney flicks these days.
