Hi, everyone...I need some help! I'm rereading my DCL passporter book and am interested in sending my cruisin' "crew" (11 extended family members) weekly emails concerning the cruise. You know...like tips and fun facts, etc. Well, I am thinking of making one of my first emails about the ship itself and what it has to offer. I'd like to do something fun to make it easy to remember what each deck (the important ones, anyway) has to offer. Something like deck "ten" is "net" backway and it holds the Wide World of Sports area...get it?? I'd like to do decks ten, nine, seven (for the "private" public deck), five, four, three and two (since that is where our rooms will be). Please help me figure out fun ways to remember pools/spa/beverages/snacks on deck nine or movies on deck five (I was thinking something like "It's a like a bee hive on deck five"-bee hive meaning lots of activity to signify the kids' clubs and it's probably dark and cozy in a bee hive...like a movie theater...??).

They don't have to rhyme...just some kind of word game that makes it easy to remember what the decks have to offer. Thanks!!

:p IVY :p

I don't know about remembering the numbers, but a crew member once told me a great way to remember the general location of activities vs. restaurants: forward = fun, aft = eat (and for me, aft also = suite, as in Barb & Tony Suite :D ).

Deck Ten is Stacked, with teens its packed
Deck Nine so cool with all three pools
Deck Seven offers a private heaven
Deck Five is groovy for kids and movies
Deck Four - shopping galore at Walt Disney's door
Deck Three would be the main lobby
Deck Two is where I'll look for you

Hey RJake1 I bet your alot of FUN :hyper: Those were pretty good, I'm going to save them to remember where everything is.
Anyone else have any:thewave:

RJake 1,

Excellent!! Exactly what I was looking for!! Thanks!! :teeth:

Any others...??

Here's what I thought up:

Deck Ten-is "net" backwards (for Wide World of Sports and is at the Top (Palos or "top" restaurant)

Deck Nine-This one is a hard one for me for some reason...I guess cuz there is so much going on! I was thinking about four letter words (nice ones!) that have two letters that are the same like "nine": "pool", "aahh" (for spa), "food" (or scoops, pizza), etc. Maybe something like "You can get cool in the pool on deck nine-have a treat, if you like to eat you'll be fine!"...I don't know...still working on it.

Deck Seven: Like RJake 1...You'll find heaven on deck seven.

Deck Five: As stated before, "It's a bee hive on deck five".

Deck Four: This one is also tough for me. Something like "Your C.H.O.R.E. is on deck four" C.H.O.R.E. standing for Cameras, Helping (Animator's Palette), Ovation (Walt Disney Theatre), "R" (really fun?? I'm stuck on this one...something for either shopping or studio sea), and Exercise (jogging/walking deck).

Deck Three: T.H.R.E.E. stands for Two helpings (Parrot Cay and Lumiere's), Reading emails (Internet Cafe), and Evening Entertainment (Adult Nightclubs)...OR...Three/Yummy/Kid-free plus I could add RJake 1's suggestions for lobby as well!

Deck Two: I'm gonna have to steal RJake 1's suggestion here too!
