Something About a Proxy Cruise out of PC?

Does anyone know anything about Disney sailing a cruise for employees out of PC as a test cruise? I saw something come up on my phone about it when I was waiting for my wife in the car at the gas station.

The article I saw was posted like like 8 hours ago and said that this was the second try after having cancelled the first because of finding a corvid case... but if nobody here has heard anything about it I'll file it under fake news.

That is correct. It was supposed to cruise at the end of June, but was postponed due to positive COVID tests. The test cruise is (currently) required to resume sailing with <95% of passengers vaccinated — or without requiring proof of vaccine due to FL law.

I’ve seen several stories on this also, but nothing directly from DCL. Hopefully we see the Dream leaving tomorrow with guests, but that could still change.

Yes, the Dream arrives in port early and then leaves tomorrow at 4pm for the 2 days with 300 DCL cast members and their guest… Here’s to hoping for smooth sailing… literally and figuratively

Which DCL ship is that on the Port Canaveral webcam right now? I’m going to miss seeing the two ships off the coast at night- they were so beautiful out there.
