I was sooo glad to hear Tara tell Trish she didnt belong there. I thought Tara was a bit too reserved, but after hearing that..I am voting for her. She has the capacity to stand her ground and say what she thinks...good for her.

I was hoping it would be the 4 blondes left, but Trish is going to keep people watching. All I know is, I agree with the rest of you if he picks Trish he deserves her.

I don't know what to think right now. I do agree that Jesse is not the all-around, down-to-earth, great guy he pretends to be. I think he's a lot more shallow than he thinks he is. I was shocked that he still kept Trish and dumped Suzie! I was sure Trish and Karen were going home. I thought his reaction to Karen's warning was great. Why did it take Karen's warning to make him think twice? What was wrong with all the warnings Jenny had already given him?? DUH!! The only good thing is that I had read where Jenny likes his pick, too. It gives me hope that we do see Trish go home before the end.

I was thinking the same thing, because he can't be that stupid!! Maybe he has already made a special connection with one of the others and he's just keeping Trish around for the drama. If not and he ends up picking her, well then they deserve each other!

My 3 comments....
1. I agree with a previous poster..I was thinking that possibly he had some contractual obligation to keep around someone who makes for good TV. It just seems WAY too over the top to be real!
2. I think maybe he kept Trish because he has a sordid past and he would feel more comfortable being with someone who has some baggage too...you know? If he picked one of the other girls he might feel like they would look down on him for his past, but Trish would be right there with him. Don't get me wrong...I can't stand the girl either, but I'm just trying to make some sense of it
3. Who does everyone think the stalker is? I think it will be Trish when she gets cut... she just has that type of personality to come back and argue about being cut. I originally thought it would be ...oh nuts, I forget her name... the one who was stroking him and talking about his lips- but she was cut already...hmm...

I don't think he is doing it because he the producers are telling him to. I don't think he will dump her until he sleeps with her. We already know he has no qualms about that -- and goodness knows he's not going to get that from Tara, and probably not the other two. He's not the type of guy willing to let go of a sure thing, methinks.

You know I also thought about the baggage he may have compared to what Trish has. If he gets into a serious relationship with say Tara and has to say ""Well to be honest I slept with a married women too!"" well what will Tara's reaction be to that! With Trish, well she really can't say anything about the baggage that he may have.

Do you honestly think that Jesse is really, down deep inside, ready to settle down? Maybe that's why he is interested in Trish. He knows that he can have a good time with her and it won't last.

The "stalker" is wearing the same dress in the previews that Tara wore for the date that they had when they were dancing. So, I'm assuming it is her.

Is everyone mad that Jess made out with the girls, or did I miss something. Why is everyone saying Jess deserves Trish? I don't like Trish either.

And, I was watching the NFL draft with my 16 year old nephew and he was telling me the saga surrounding the 1st draft pick, how he didn't want to play for San Diego but be quarter back for the Giants. I said, what are you talking about, they have that Jess guy that is on thee Bachelor. My nephew said, he is like a 3rd string quarter back for the Giants. OK, now I know, I thought he was the #1 quarter back, like our beloved Brett Favre(sorry that was a joke).

I saw that! But I don't see Tara as a stalking type. What if it's Susie? She was awfully upset about not getting a rose? I think Trish is way too stuck-up to stalk anyone. In her mind, she would think that it was Jesse who would lose out if he sends her packing. Also, they haven't mentioned the stalking thing lately. Was that a ploy to keep us watching??
Karen warned him to "beware" of one of the remaining girls. I thought that was priceless. Way to go, Karen!!
I guess I didn't see what caused Tara to say that to Trish. Was Trish whining there at the end??

This show has been fake and phony since the first night.

Jesse, who IMHO is YUK, is too bad an actor for all of this fake emotion. Maybe ABC will pick someone who's a bit more experienced to pull off this farce. Same thing for the "spy". Her forced emotion in that limo..... give me a BREAK!

This is by far the worse Bachelor. There are NO sparks between him and any of the girls, he gives me the impression that he's just in it for the notoriety.

MJ is my favorite of the ones left and she's too GOOD for him. Tara and Jessica... I can barely tell the difference between them. Neither one look into him. And Trish, well, she's the only interesting thing on the entire show!

UGH!

I soooo agree that Jesse's holding on for the fantasy night with Trish. Come on, he's 25, a football player with an admitted shady past (hey, even the ones who DON'T admit it carry on!) and he's got a SURE THING along with the girl he can take to the end and eventually do to her what all of the other Bachelors did?

He can't lose!!

I agree! Personally, I can't help but wonder if the way they're portraying Trish is all a set-up. Otherwise, wouldn't she have a legal case at how she is being portrayed unless ABC paid her off in advance? And Jenny told Jesse, "If you married someone like that, I couldn't be your friend", not "If you married Trish...." And how could ABC have selected her in the first place if she were really that immoral-I just can't imagine it!
And Jesse's name screw-up the first night! I've watched the previous Bachelor shows, but for the first time, this one seems way off.

Snoopy, my DH said the EXACT same thing while we were watching him give her a rose!

What this boils down to is what Jesse's true intentions are. If he wants to get married, he won't pick Trish as I feel most men don't want to marry someone with so much "experience" (not to mention the "positive" test results from the Health Dept!).

If he really is looking for a lifetime partner, he'll pick someone a little more respectable. I hope Trish hangs in there long enough for Jesse's family to meet her -- won't that be interesting?

As for the whole stalker thing -- the network is just dangling a carrot to keep everyone interested. It will probably turn out to be some stupid scene where one of the previous contestants leaves a message on his answering machine or something.

Karen was interviewed on several local programs (she grew up in Utah). She said she told Jesse she was ready to go because she could see they weren't going to make a connection (but we didn't see that conversation on the show). She said she and Suzie had been hanging out together in New York (after getting voted off) and had a blast. Someone recognized her in a bathroom and stuck their cell phone camera into her STALL and tried to take a picture!!! Ewww!
