I am not even able to download the shockwave player. It does not come up with an error message or anything, just a little box with a red X in it. I have had this problem on two computers now so I'm thinking it is me. Someone please help me figure this out. TIA

Two words: Reload XP.

If you have a mac, well, then, VMK is not mac friendly.But it will work some how.
