Someone please help me...i messed up my autograph prints

I just picked up my prints from Walmart and they are all blurry!! I am so disappointed. I saved the ones I wanted to my computer in "my pictures", then uploaded them to walmart's photo to one hour. I got 4 x 6 size as suggested with 5 x 7 for passport covers. The passport pages were fine but all of the autograph ones (which were about 130) were so blurry you can hardly tell what they are. I also printed my ADR invites and they were also blurry. Please tell me what I did wrong and what I need to do..

Most likely the images were stretched too far which will make the photos look blurry. You might have to make a smaller autograph book or redownload all the images. when you save the images to the desktop do you have the complete image up or just the index?

I still have all the downloads on my computer. I "saved" them by right clicking the image and it was saved to "my pictures" section of my computer. It looks perfectly fine when you view it. It wasnt until I looked at the printed 4 x 6's at Walmart that it was noted to be blurry.

When you saved them, you probably didn't save the full size version. I'd guess you saved the thumbnail. If it was from photobucket, you need to click on each individual image and make sure you're viewing the largest file. The file resolution should be in the 1200x1800 area for a 4x6.

To save the correct image from photobucket...

First click on the image (this is the thumbnail that you probably originally saved). Then the image will open up again. There will be buttons towards the top of the image and click the far left button so that it will open up the picture again in an even bigger size. Once that is open it will be 100% and you want to save that image. Then your pictures will print just fine.

Thanks everyone. I think that is exactly what I did wrong. I am going to try to do it again and hopefully this time it will be ok.

I'm sorry that that happend Be sure and take the blurry ones back to walmart when you pick up the new copies, they SHOULD give you a discount or reimbursement. Most of them are pretty good about it.
