I know you all know Caroline (lovingthemouse). She has been through one of the worst weeks of her life this week but through it all she has managed to keep smiling and keep going.
Her husband Roger (figmentlover) has been ill for quite a long time. Last week he became ill at the school he teaches at and was transported to the hospital. He has been in the hospital all week.
Tomorrow they are transporting him to Mass. General for some more testing and possible surgery. He has been through more surgery than any body should have to endure and now he needs more.
I was hoping that everyone could send their well wishes to him either through e-mail for her to print, or send him a card. I have his address if you need it, send me a PM and I will send it to you.
And don't forget to keep him in your prayers. Peggie

Many thanks to Peggie for all those wonderful prayers. Roger is now at Mass General Hospital in Boston - the tests are underway, so they hope to get a great view of his "fake" esophagus - the one they created 6 years ago - and what might be done to make eating possible and alleviate some of the constant pain he is in. We take it day to day. The girls and i are heading out early tomorrow morning, so if i have a chance, i'll leave an update tomorrow night. Thanks to everyone for their support, those prayers are dearly needed and appreciated. Caroline
