No one has come forth to claim it. Since it was sold at a store on Sand Lake near I-Drive, there is a good possibility that a tourist bought it. There are a lot of British who stay in that area. The money could be going to the UK.

It is very possible that the person is on vacation and has not been watching the news. This could be the vacation that just keeps giving!
