I teach grade six this year and have 14 boys and 14 girls in my class. In Sept we had some very warm weather and I tell ya, the smell was pretty bad in the class. I had little air freshners all over the place. My classroom gets the afternnoon sun. I am not looking forward to the months of May and June

Try having an elderly parent live with you. I have to keep my father-in-law's bedroom door shut at all times. Personal hygiene is not at the top of his to-do list (even though we have tried to hint many times!) We use a lot of candles and Glade Plug-Ins in the wintertime. Can't wait for spring! LOL

OMG you are so right. So many of the elderly have that "old" smell. I feel bad for them. Maybe they just can't reach where they should to bathe due to being old, arthritis or just not caring anymore! Whatever the reason it is very sad.

Ya'll are making me laugh so hard it hurts. My stinky son is 9. He has to leave his shoes outside. This way I don't have to smell them and it keeps away door to door salesmen.

On Sundays, we have Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments in our store. There is nothing like the smell first thing Monday morning when you open...gamer boy funk is what I call it. Chips, soda, candy, Big Macs, and SWEAT come through the walls, it seems.

There is one boy who constantly comes into the store with such a grimy face, I pointed out to him (and whoever was standing around) that the only clean part I could see on him was a line of sweat running down his face. He was embarrassed, but it was TRUE! The sweat even made that line grimy and nasty.
