Someone I know needs help

I got this email saying:

"Hello! It's Allie from the yahoo question. Okay, i took the web based interview and at the end it said URL error and i called the number that was listed for the gallup survey and they said that my interview should have still been processed. So since that happened i didn't get a number or a date of when i should reapply. But also i looked at the FAQ's and it said they will send a notification immediately letting you know if you need to schedule a phone interview. But i didn't receive an email telling me to do that so does that mean i probably did not get accepted? Sorry for all these questions im just anxious and wanting to know! Thank you for your help!! Allie"

This is the email I sent her:

"If it lets you, retake the interview again, using internet exployer. As a tip, use strongly agree/disagree. There could be a couple bugs with the interview because this would be the second time they used it and the interviews for next semesters internships just started up from a break I believe last monday. They should atleast tell you if you need to have a phone interview or need to reapply. Good Luck!"

If that doesn't work, what should I tell her?

I would think to tell her to call the number for the interviews its 1-800-722-2930. And have her explain what happened. They normally can tell if you passed or not and if they can't then most likely the interview didn't go through and she will have to retake it. Hope this helps

hey, the same exact thing happened to me.
after i answered my final question ,it told me that my URL was bad.
i called the number, explained what happened, and she asked the technical people and they told me i passed and i set up an interview right then.
they will probably reset it or tell you that you passed.
