We were staying on the same floor as Daryl Stawberry and his family at the BC a couple of weeks ago. We rode the elevator with them and saw them at SAB a few times. They were very nice.

Saw Scottie Pippen and family several times at the MK in July 2001. Thought maybe the Magic were trying to sign him, but I guess he was just on vacation. Got him on film a few times. He got to go in the back door at Buzz Lightyear while we stood in a long line. Maybe one day I'll get that treatment. lol.

We ran into Dianna Ross at WDW in '01. It turned out that my son was playing video games with her son. No bodyguards or security that we could tell.

On my very 1st visit to Disney we stayed at the Yacht and Beach club, we saw the entire cast of Full house. And the Olsen twins were in the hot tub with us. We also shared an elevator with Joe Dimaggio, he had been golfing and was on his way back to his room. My friend ask if they were golfing and one gentleman said "not me but Joe was", and my friend looks over and says "Joe Dimaggio I presume"? He just nodded yes. I would have never known it was him. We also saw Johnny Bench and Bryant Gumble on the same trip. There was a golf tournament going on and there were many celebs there. I was in awe, I thought Disney was great and was amazed that no one even approached any of them.

A few years ago, DW and I took a trip to the GF RPC. John Goodman was stating there as well. Now, I’ve always liked John Goodman, but I never figured he would be so mobbed by autograph seekers. We saw him many times the first couple days of our stay, and he was constantly being approached by somebody. I felt sorry for him, so even if he sat quite close to us in the lounge, we wouldn’t bother him. On our third or fourth day there, DW and I happened to being waiting on the same elevator as him when someone approached from behind and said, “Excuse me, can I have your autograph.” My wife didn’t miss a beat; she turned around and said, “Sure. It’s so nice that you watch the show.” The autograph seeker was just befuddled, but handed my wife his autograph book and she signed “Thanks for watching,,, and signed her name.” By that time the elevator had arrived, so we were all jumping inside. Once inside the elevator, John Goodman was just staring at my wife. She turned to him and said, “Nope, I’m nobody.” He just died laughing. We must have made quite an impression because the next morning, he introduced his wife and daughter to us. From what we saw of him that week, he is as nice in person as he appears in the movies.

When I was at Disney in 2000 with my family I met Julie Andrews and her Daughter. They were promoting a children's book they had written together. I bought the book for my DS (then 2) and they both gladly signed it for him! They were very nice people. I have some great pics of the event, however, out of respect for them I keep them locked up!
