I had my final english paper due tonight (My professor was nice enough to give us an extension and e-mail it to him). Sooo, as usual I waited until today to actually write it (I did all my research before hand, but I can't write unless I'm under immense pressure, it just comes out better that way!) Anyways...I saved the file and realized I forgot a works cited page. No big deal. So...I wrote it out, took me about 20 mins to get all the info, and I went to save it. I thought I saved it under the wrong name, but I saved it under the right name....however, I saved the one without the wc page over the one with it....deleting the page completely! (I know it's a little confusing!). SOOO I rewrote it...not a huge issue. Then I decided to send it to my father for proof reading. When I opened the file to add in his corrections, 3 pages of my paper were MISSING! SO....

ah, computers....

sometimes I hate them.

Next time, try printing a page at a time as you write it (saving frequently) to at least have a hard copy of some of your work.
