Some WL Questions

I can't believe how close our trip is! I am getting so excited!

I have some questions about the WL and the Villas.

We're staying at WL but is there a store at the Villas that sells grocery items such as milk, juice, bread, peanut butter, etc? This is our first trip with our son and he will be 12 months old and there are some things I want to have in the room for him. We requested a fridge.

Second, can we use the Sturdy Branches gym at the Villas if we're staying at WL? Does anyone know the cost for a family for the week? When we stayed at the GF and Polynesian it was maybe $40 or so for the week. Not bad in my opinion.

I believe the gift shop at WL sells a very limited number of staples (milk, bread, etc.). However, if possible it would be a lot better if you did a grocery stop at a Publix or Wal-Mart just before you arrived at WL. That way you can get what you want, and pay a lot less for it.

Yup, Geoff_M is right.......... they have a pretty limited selection & the prices are outrageous! Definity stop somewhere else first!

Guest at the WL can use the Sturdy Branches gym for a fee. As mentioned before, The Merchantile at the WL, has groceries.

As the other posters have said the merchantile does have food items (bread, milk, yogurt, some frozen food, lunch meat etc) but it is rather pricey. It's still probably cheaper than going to Roaring Forks though. Roaring Forks does have a toaster and microwave that anyone can use. The memberships at Sturdy Branches are $25 for individual length of stay and $40 for a family. It's a nice club and not at all crowded. Have a wonderful trip.
