Some VWL questions...

Will someone please provide a link to a map of VWL? I can't seem to locate one. Is there only one building? And if not, which building would you recommend? Any preference as to floor? View? (I'm thinking lake view...)

Any insight would be appreciated! We usually stay at OKW, and decided to branch out this trip.

We are staying here in January. From what I understand all thw VWL are in one building. I have requested a Lake view, with the hopes we would be able to see the parade?

don't think you can see EWP form the villas except maybe from top fl certain rooms. lots of trees.

go to dis home page, hit disney resorts. then hit disney resort maps, the pick what you need

you won't get much of a view of the lake from the villas, lots of tall green things block the view, maybe top fl.

Yes you can!
Of course, it's not as good as being at MK as you are further away. And while you can hear the music, it is pretty muted. And you can't see the low fireworks around the castle. Still, all in all, it's worthwhile if you are at the resort not doing anything else in particular.

Just one more question... can you see Wishes from the beach at VWL? Still trying to figure out a New Years Eve plan for my girls and me.

Note that the beach at WL/VWL doesn't actually face the MK. You can see some fireworks over/through the trees, but it's pretty limited.

If you stand on the boat dock, you can see some of the higher ones. Most of the views at VWL are woods view, except for a few pool views, an even fewer lake views through the trees and the infamous dumpster view.
