I am pricing airfare and it will be much cheaper if we fly into one airport and out of another - we wanted to rent a car...really never rented from airports before...my questions are
can we get a car from one airport and return it to another

does Disneyland have magic express like WDW

can I rent a car once I am at the disney resort (staying at grand californian) and they will bring it to me? (we only need it for the end of our trip - going up the coast a bit)

Depending on how close the airports are and the rental car company, there can be a "drop fee" to return to a different airport. Check with the company.

Some rental car companies will deliver a car to you. You will need to check with them.

There is an Alamo in Downtown Disney so if you can't get a car delivered, it's a very short walk for you.

I would recommend comparing prices for picking up at one airport and then dropping off at another to taking public transport to hotel, getting rental car after arrival (we like to use Alamo at Downtown Disney, because when staying off site, you can check your car out, and then leave it sit until you are ready to leave the parks, and then drive it to your hotel) and driving it to the airport when you leave.

We have done this many times, usually because we are doing a special splurge with a limo ride to the hotel, and then getting rental car for other stuff and driving to airport.

thanks I didn't know there was an Alamo right there at DTD - that seems like it would work great...we too want a limo from the airport (hubby's bday)
