Some tech help! Flip4Mac to view videos on our Mac

I came upon a video tour that I want to watch, researching for our vacation... but I only get a screen that says we need Flip4Mac.

Okay, I click the link, download successfully...
But, when I pull up that video, still, nothing!

Do any Mac users here have any answers that might help?

Did you quit your browser and re-open it after installing?

If restarting the browser doesn't work, go to your System Preferences and make sure there is a button for Flip4Mac settings. If there isn't Flip4Mac didn't install correctly.

I rebooted my system, and now it's working!
