Hi there! Time to choose where all we'll eat on our trip!

Day 1: Late Check-in at WL
Dinner at either Whispering Canyon or Roaring Fork, or depending on our mood, we may go eat at DTD

Day 2:
Lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern
Dinner at maybe Chef Mickeys? --> plan on seeing Wishes this night

Day 3:
Lunch at (Beaches & Cream? Yacht Club Galley? ESPN Club?)
Dinner at Rose & Crown --> plan on seeing IllumiNations this night

Day 4:
Lunch at (MGM? --> should we try Sci-Fi? head to Epcot Resort?)
Dinner at Spoodles --> plan on seeing Fantasmic! this night (should we eat before or after? Fantasmic! @ 7PM I'm thinking after, would 8:30 be a good time for a PS?)

Day 5:
Lunch at (Rainforest Cafe, Pizzafari, or Flame Tree BBQ)
Dinner at ??? --> plan on seeing Wishes again this night

Day 6:
Quick breakfast at WL (Roaring Fork or Whispering Canyon) before heading home

Any suggestions for me? We're not real adventurous eaters. Thanks!

here are my thoughts. how about LTT for dinner on day2 since dinner is a character meal? have a light lunch at one of the counter services. on day 3 maybe walk to big river grill and brewery on the boardwalk or to beaches and cream at the beach club. and on day 5 the plaza restaurant is great for either lunch or dinner. maybe dine mid-afternnon. and then after wishes, return to WL for dessert at whispering canyon cafe? if you do dessert, definitely make PS! how does that sound?

Day 2: Change your MK lunch to The Plaza and move LTT to dinner. :)

Day 3 lunch - where are you? Epcot? I'd recommend Nine Dragons for lunch, or Mexico. :) If you want to keep it cheap head to America to the food court. :)

Day 4 - where are you? MGM? My favorite lunch there is Sci-fi. :)

Day 5 - Depends on where you are... GF Cafe is a great lunch if you're in MK. Do dinner at one of the monorail resorts... Ohana maybe? Kona? Narcoosees?

Hope that helps :)

Let's see ~ I definetly want to do lunch at LTT, we have lunch there on most trips. :) Maybe dinner at the Plaza, or Chef Mickeys? We'll probably get sandwiches at LTT, so maybe Chef Mickeys would be the better choice. Then, maybe we could eat at the Plaza for dinner on day 5? Or maybe hit DTD and go to Fultons?

I think day 5 we'll head to the Animal Kingdom in the morning, have to get there once a trip! What do you think, Rainforest Cafe, or stick to Flame Tree or Pizzafari?

Beaches & Cream sounds good for lunch on Epcot day - maybe even ESPN (we haven't been *too* thrilled with it, but it's still OK) or even the Yacht Club Galley?

I like the WL dessert idea - maybe go to Artist Point instead of WCC and get a cobbler!

We did Chef Mickey's for dinner once and I didn't really like it. It's that typical buffet food... just like 1900 Park Fare and CP. Bland, and sort of frozen dinner-ish. ;) For the same price you can get AWESOME food at Ohana! :)

Go for Flame Tree BBQ at AK.

ESPN Club is OK for appetizers, but I've never had a good meal there.

:)

Two of our local favorites is Charly's Steak House and downtown Celebration is the "Tavern" I don't remember it's real name as us locals just call it the "Tavern". Best New England Menu in Orlando and always cooked to perfection and service always th best. Had dinner there last Sunday. Fried Oysters to die for..
Just a short drivr from WL. Follow the I-4 signs, but do nt go on it, but over it. Charly's will be on your left, Tavern further down in Celebration. You are sure to enjoy both.

since you are staying at WL treat yourself to Artist Point-you won't regret it
:D
also on the day you do Fantasmic consider the meal deal
I believe both Brown Derby and Mama Melrose offer the deal just inquire at the counter of the restaurant
-for a small fee(can't remember how much) plus the cost of your meal, you are given special entrance to Fantasmic and sit in a reserved section. you only have to arrive 15mins before the start as opposed to 2 hrs without the deal:teeth:
