Some quick hotel advice

We have been to Disney over 25 times and we are doing a quick trip next week. I have never stayed at Poly. Been to every other deluxe resort. Will I like it and is there a room location to look for that is not too far away from the main building. Celebrating my 6oth b'day there and want to really be somewhere nice. Any suggestions please??? Thnaks in advance!

You will love the Poly. The resort isn't really that spread out, so don't worry about being too far away from the GCC. Samoa is really nice and close to everything. We love CL if you want to splurge! You can't beat the view from the lounge.

The Poly's an awesome resort.....you're going to love it . As the pp said, Samoa is in a great location as it's close to everything......it's just steps from the GCH, volcano pool/quiet pool, the beach, and Captain Cooks. If you're looking at staying CL, the Hawaii building is right next to Samao, so the convenience/closeness to the GCH is just as nice . Have a great trip.....we've stayed at all but 3 deluxes and the Poly is our favorite .

The resort looks more spread out than it really is. We stayed in a MK view room in the Tahiti longhouse and loved it. We were on the third floor and had a great view of the fireworks from our balcony. You may hear the horn of the ferry from time to time but it isn't all that bad.

Tahiti is also a short walk to the TTC if you want to go to MK or Epcot.
