When I asked at DCA Guest services the best way to get to DL Hotel & Goofy's Kitchen on Wednesday they suggested the route though the Grand Californian.
I was also directed to DCA from Paradise Pier lobby concierge through The Grand Californian on Friday as well. No problems.
