Some Questions About HHN

HHN 14 was my first year going and I want to make it an annual thing. Eventhough I've been to US/IoA many times, I'm still a little green when it comes to HHN. Here it goes:
1) I just purchased and already received my Preffered Annual Passes for my wife and I. Can someone give me more info. on this stay and scream thing I keep hearing about? If preffered annual pass holders can stay and wait, what about someone in their party that does not have one. We are taking my nephew and just got him a regular 4 day admission ticket. Does EVERYONE in the group have to have an AP, or will they let it slide? Sorry so long!!!

2) We are going to buy the Frequent Fear Pass and going on Sunday 10/30 and Monday (Halloween night). What do you think crowds will be like on Halloween night? It being a Monady and all? I already got the HHN Express passes for 10/30.

3) Are they having any type of parade this year for HHN? If not, do you guys know if they'll be giving out any HHN 15 coins?

I know I have more questions, but can't think of them at the moment. Thanks in advance for the help!!!

You nephew will be able to do Stay and Scream as long as he has valid park ticket for the day of HHN and is in the park at park closing with a valid HHN ticket for that night.

It's hard to tell. I suspect with Halloween falling on a Monday it won't be as crowded as in previous years but your guess is as good as mine. I usually judge by the price of HHN express for night. The higher the express pass the more crowded they expect it to be. This should give you a good idea:

$25 Express Pass is valid on the following event dates*: 9/30, 10/9, 10/12, 10/16, 10/20, 10/23, 10/27, 10/30 and 10/31.

$35 Express Pass is valid on the following event dates*: 10/1, 10/7, 10/13, 10/14, 10/21, and 10/28.

$45 Express Pass is valid on the following Saturday event dates*: 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, and 10/29.

By viewing the prices, it appears that Universal is not expecting as large of crowds on Oct. 31.

3) Are they having any type of parade this year for HHN? If not, do you guys know if they'll be giving out any HHN 15 coins?

No parade this year and I haven't heard anything about coins this year. We may just have to wait and see.

About the crowds, I noticed that crowds got heavier as the month went on last year. I remember it got so bad a week before Halloween, that people were pretty much crawling over each other on the Saturday night that I went. I can only imagine how bad it was on Halloween weekend.

Well, let me tell you...I was there (HHN) Sat. 10/30 last year and the crowds for the event were horrendous. Luckily I purchased the Express Pass for the houses. If you are from out of state and going only to 1 night on a Saturday, you NEED to get an Express Pass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
