Great Photos! I was on the same cruise as you. I haven't gotten back our pictures yet. Just look at the video and we miss everything. The Food, Weather--just awesome. Did you go to the 8:30 Comedian show on Monday? The boy named Brandon that got picked for the magic part was my son. It was awesome seeing it again on video. Everyone kept coming up to him during the ship remembering him. It made his day!

OH MY GOSH....I was there and saw him! that must have totally made his day, huh????? a little star there you have!

I noticed one of your piccies was in pirate costume. Was your cruise on the Wonder the 3 day? I'm hoping so, as I've heard that the pirate evening is NOT on the 3 day cruise, just the 4 and 7 day. If so, I've got a pirate costume that will taking up space and not used on our cruise in June. :sad2:

Lori: We were on the 4 day, and Pirate night was Tuesday night after Castaway Cay, but don't fret, because I'm almost certain that Pirate Night is also a feature of the 3 day cruise. I'm sure some other posters can verify . . .

DF: sadly, we missed it. My wife and I wanted to make sure DD5 saw all the "broadway style" shows, so we picked Monday to go to Palo. It sounds like he (and you) had an unforgettable experience. It's great to hear from so many others on the same cruise who had a wonderful time as well.

Hi Bobbi,

It really made his cruise. Thank god he doesn't have a big head. What was your favorite part of the cruise? I mentioned the food first but the service and shows were next. My daughter who is 4 dropped her tray of food at BBB on the first day. A crew member told my wife to enjoy her meal and he got somebody to clean the mess. He then took my daughter by hand and took her through the line again holding the tray and asking her want she wanted. I was already at the table eating when my wife came back and said laughing, " I just left Nicole with a foreign guy" and then told me what happen!! When she came back with the server she was truly touched and the server wouldn't take a tip. Just a great "no problem" and "have a great cruise". Now that is service that we had all 4 days.

Unfortunately, I can't access Webshots here at work, but I'll make sure and get a peek at them when I get home. Thanks for posting, I'm sure they are great!

Someone mentioned their "favorite part of the cruise". We certainly had the ultimate magic moment during the "Disney Dreams" performance, in which the plot revolves around a little girl trying to learn to fly with Peter Pan. I won't spoil it for anyone, but at one pivotal point near the end of the performance the entire theatre is transformed into a starry sky; DD5 just shrieked and grabbed hold of our arms and yelled "Mommy, Daddy, we're FLYING!" with that look of pure joy and wonder that only a child can give.

Hi Bobbi,

Favorite part? Wow...that is tough. I loved having a family vacation, but being able to get away and also having time to myself.....so would I be selfish in saying that going to the spa for my massage was my favorite part? LOL!!!!!

but in all honesty, it was my kids reactions to things and their laughter that made this cruise great. I loved watching them try and do things that they never did before....like snorkeling in both Catawy Cay and in nassau at Blue Lagoon. My 5 year old daughter and 7 year old son did great! both kids each night would go crazy over the towel animals. And our servers every night performed a magic trick at dinner that left my kids (esp. the 5 year old) amazed and happy!
Funny story about my daughter that made me almost cry......after leaving The Golden Mickey's...we get out in the hallway, and she yells to my husband.." Dad, I am mad! Ariel is my favorite character, and there was NO Ariel in that show." And she said all of this was fierce rage that I wanted to laugh. Well....when we are watching the Disney Dreams show and they start the part with the Little Mermaid, my daughter raises her hands up and does that submission-type bow like "We're not worthy, we're not worthy" My husband and I almost fell off of our chairs from laughing and almost crying!
