Last night I went to Kohl's and while I was in the dressing room trying on a sweater I heard all this commotion in one of the other dressing rooms so I came out of my room and asked what was going on, the employees had rubber gloves on their hands and were holding huge garbage bags and throwing about 20 articles of clothing away. They told me that someone took the clothes and threw them on the floor and urinated all over them. They said it's the 3rd time it's happened in 3 months. What is wrong with people!!!!

Happens more than you think.

Feces on walls are nice also.

That's just nasty!
It also worries me because I was wearing a new pair of slacks this morning and thought I smelled urine. I was trying to figure out where it was coming from and hoping it wasn't something on me! I didn't wash the pants 1st because they were the only pants I had and I got a call to go in for a job interview....no time to wash them 1st.
I took them off as soon as I got home. ;) Yuck (Still not sure it was the pants though)

I've never heard of anything like that happening before but it doesn't surprise me. There are just some real sick people out there.

I worked at Target as a cashier about 10 years ago. One day one of the guys that worked in clothes (a friend of mine) started chatting with me on our break. Turns out that a man had come in with a kid, took a new shirt, pants, a package of undies and socks into a dressing room, proceeded to change the child into the new clothes (including the undies and socks) and left the FILTHY old clothes in the dressing room, and walked the child out with his fresh new "unpaid for" clothes! Of course security didn't catch on until they had already left the store, they got away.

I like to think that maybe it was a single dad down on his luck, just trying to keep his kid in clean clothes. The reality is probably worse!

This happens even more than the urinating. :p

It's amazing the "common" disgusting things that go on that the rest of us don't know about. (Thank the Lord!)

In the late '80s when there were so many foreclosures, I talked to someone at the FDIC who said an amazing number of houses they took over through foreclosure and subsequent bank failures contained evidence of animal sacrifices!

ICK!! I think I would just like to stay in my bubble thanks.

Must've been the same person that used the bathroom at Snoopy's workplace.;)

Some people are just idiots with total disregard for their childish behavior.

What on earth is the matter with some people. My grandmother would say they "didn't have any raising."

Happens all the time. When I worked retail in college, we'd do "rock, paper, scissors" to decide who had to go check for any signs of bodily functions. Oh, and add discarded (used) feminine hygenie products to your list of things found in piles of clothes.

That is just disgusting!! How can people be like that??

A couple years back, I walked into the dressing room of a major dept store to try on some clothes and someone had taken a bowel movement in the corner of the room. I had to let the salesperson know about this. How gross and disgusting can you get!

Makes the person at my workplace seem like Felix Unger, actually.

This thread needs a warning label, btw, for those of us unsuspecting people eating lunch. :earseek:

But now that I've already read it, what would make someone do such a thing? I mean, the story of the man with the little boy and the filthy clothes, I can see to some extent -- people will do what they have to if they are poor -- but to pee on clothes? Obviously it was someone's idea of a joke? So twisted and sick. :(

I feel bad for the people who have to clean it up!

And to the people who do stuff like that: that is why we all pay so much for things. And I hope you're proud of yourself (ves) you are very low and you'll get yours in the end!

Most of the times it happened in my stores, it was because it was a huge sale day, and the lines for the dressing rooms were long. Once people got one, they didn't want to give it up to go to the bathroom. So they just went in the dressing room.

Apparently, it makes sense to the people doing it.
