We go in Oct 25th - 28th and I can't believe the Main park is open till 10 two of the 3 nights we are staying there!!!!!!!!!:cool1:

Thanks for posting or I may have missed this very significant fact:thumbsup2

Thanks for posting, as you know we are there the exact same dates as you Kazzabelle! I've been waiting for these for ages and i'm so happy.
Why is the main park open until 9pm on the Thursday?? Don't get me wrong, it's amazing, but is there a reason? Maybe it's a French holiday or something....
I was worried the park might shut at 6pm like October but I'm relieved at these hours.
EEeeeeek 50 days to go!

your welcome zinderella,

loladelorean, im sooo excited it's going so slowly i keep youtubing all things to do with christmas at disneyland paris and listening to christmas songs my dh thinks im crazy he said he does not want to see anything to do with the christmas season or tspl until we get there he wants it to be a surprise, but i caught him this morning on youtube looking he he:rotfl:.
I think the reason it's open later on the 11th is because it's a french public holiday it's Armistice day, but studio's is still 18:00 :confused3

where are you staying?

ps we are staying in the Cheyenne (always stay here during summer months) we have not been during the winter do they decorate the hotel all Christmassy? (if that's a word)
Thanks

they have little cowboy hats, boots etc decorating the Christmas tree in the main reception at the Cheyenne :goodvibes, and other decorations in that area too.

We are staying at hny can't wait to see it dressed up for Christmas! I've definitely seen photos and videos of Cheyenne done up with Christmas stuff too but can't remember where.
Yea if course - armistice day! It will probably be lots busier Thursday Friday for this reason but we will have plenty of time on the other days to do the rides. I'm so glad it's open late on the Thursday!
God this is too exciting!!

Thanks for all your help,

I'm glad too that we get a late night on the Thursday i have always wanted to ride btm in the dark but because it does not get dark early in the months i usually go i have not done it in the dark yet.
Am i right in thinking that there is some fireworks on the 8th over lake disney? i think this is linked to the bonfire break?

Thanks Happy Tappy i thought there was, at least im not going totally crazy with all my excitement that i was imagining it :lmao:

Thanks so much for the info.
We're also going 7th to 12th of November (Sequoia) and I'm bursting with excitement- we had a wonderful time when we were there in December 2008.
Does anyone know what time they have the firework on the 8th ?

Thanks for the information :thumbsup2

We are there 7th - 11th November, staying at the Disneyland Hotel. We went last year at the same time and the park was fairly quiet so hoping it will be the same this year.

Looking forward to the fireworks on the 8th as it's also my daughter's 5th birthday!! We are planning to eat at Cafe Mickey around 6pm and then watch the fireworks if the girls are not too tired.

Can't wait to see all the Christmas decorations again, it all looked so amazing last year.

It's nice to speak to others that are there the same time, Lets hope it will be as quiet this year as your experience last year baby belle, It's also my dd 4th birthday, it's on the 7th we have also booked a table with a birthday cake for her at cafe Mickey, im so excited to see her face.

I'm not sure what time the fireworks are Skala i just remember reading about them, Im glad you enjoyed your trip last year, when i hear about others trips it makes me more excited for ours it's our first Christmas trip.:woohoo:

Kazzabelle - I asked quite a while ago about the fireworks and it seems that these are likely to take place around 9pm.

Thanks baby belle, i too hope my dd will stay awake for them she loves fireworks, im not sure how my ds will take them he will only be 18 months when we go.
(while im typing this im listening to Christmas songs, i can't help it:cool1:)
