Happy Easter, and a short vent:
I took DS to a birthday party from my friend's daughter last night. The other mom and I worked together and we've known each other for about 5 years. Her dad is a pastor, nice family and all that. No reason to be wary about personal belongings... But, I had some cash (about $75) in my wallet for some Easter dinner stuff when I walked in, and when I left the money was GONE! Of course I didn't notice it until after I'd left. This party was at my friend's home!! Someone actually had the nerve to pilfer money from my wallet while these kids were eating cake and ice cream. I didn't think I'd have to watch my purse at my friend's house.
All the guests were relatives or close friends with their kids -- the longer I think about it, there was one "kid" there who was actually about 16-17 years old. I wouldn't be surprised if it was him.
Makes me feel a little jaded this morning. I normally don't carry cash because of this sort of thing... and the money wasn't actually mine - my parents were splitting the cost of Easter dinner with us and gave me the money to cover some of the extra groceries this week.

sorry to hear that happened.
