I was lucky to catch this just before DD had to leave for school. I think it turned out pretty good. I normally try to get something like this from the side, because I hate taking pics into the sun, but this one just seemed right to do it like that.

And from the side, kinda...

Hey Orchjoe, Love your Christmas shots you posted the other day. I really like the wide angle lens you rented for it.

is it just me or does the bottom pic make you want to run in there?

Superb pics!:thumbsup2

sweet pics, Mark.

had a peek at your landscape photos...they are all amazing!!! Thank you for sharing. How long have you been into photography to get those amazing shots? What camera do you use?

I have been aggressively pursuing photography now for about 3-4 months. I have a little better than a point and shoot, a kodak z740. I have read a few books, taken some notes, and just basically did as many pics as possible. I have alot of landscapes,as they seem the easiest to take for me. Portraits are something I have not really tried yet until I can get a better camera ( I am hoping to pick up an S5 this year). Thanks for the comments!!

I googled you camera and it looks really good..is it quite easy to use settings wise? I got a fuji S5700 which is easy enough..just got to remember which setting for what!:rotfl:
Thank you for sharing your photos with us all..I love having a look at other peoples to get ideas for myself!
