OMG that cake is absolutely beautiful!!!! What were those starfish, etc. made out of? Would love to know who made the cake.

Oooo Penny they're good and that's a great one of us the morning after.

Steph the cake was made by the Patisserie Dept at the Y&B Convention Center - and those starfish were all icing.

It was yum scrum cake the bottom layer was yellow sponge with white choccy mousee and fresh raspberries, middle layer choccy sponge with dark choccy mousse and more raspberries and then the top layer was yellow sponge again but this time with white choccy mousse and strawberries.
