I have looked on universal's website and can't seem to find the answer to this question so I'm asking the gurus here. Can I use an annual pass to get a discount on another annual pass? I read the exclusions on the website and it says discounted tickets don't apply to 3 day park to park tickets and express passes. Doesn't mention APs at all.

My other question: Can you upgrade a 3 day park to park ticket to an AP?

Just trying to figure out my options (and convince the hubby that we need an AP ;) )

No, you can't get any discounts on APs.

Yes, you can upgrade a 3 day park to park to an AP.

Thanks. I was pretty sure you couldn't get a discount on APs but its not listed in the exclusions. Might get the 3 park tickets for use of the water park and then upgrade at the end of trip. Will that work? Is the price for an AP the same at the gate?

The 3 park tickets used to be the only tickets that you could NOT upgrade. You should contact the park and see if this is still the case. It was because it was a revenue shared ticket.

I thought you couldn't upgrade a Flex ticket?
