Some kind of protective spray for suede boots?

Thrifted a NEW pair of Bearpaw boots yesterday...Have you used something good to protected similar boots?

I bought a can at Payless late last fall. I do not remember the price but it worked shockingly well! I tromped all over the place in the snow and my suede boots stayed in perfect condition, no water or salt marks. I couldn't believe it (I really abused them lol).

Not sure if they would sell it at this time of year, but worth a try.
