A cruise around World Showcase during Food and Wine Festival remains one of my favorite things to do. This year was no exception. Here's what I sampled this year:

Gravlax Lefse Roll - Excellent
Cold Poached Salmon - Excellent
Chicken Sha Cha - Good
Shrimp on the Barbie - Awful. Three salad shimp sized shrimp, burned to a crisp and costing $4.00. Perhaps I got a misrepresentative batch, but it was very disappointing
Knockwurst with Curried Weinkraut - Very Good
Lobster Corn Chowder - Very Good
Cheddar Crabcake - Excellent
Nagoya Teriyaki Wings - Good
Hummus with Pita - Excellent and best value of the day. Ice Cream scoop sized portion of Hummus with nice sized pita wedge for $1.00
Escargo Provencal - Very Good
Crepe au Fromage et Jambon - Very Good
Kielbasa with Perogies - Very Good
Cheddar Cheese Soup - Very Good
Honey Maple Glazed Salmon - Average. My portion was overcooked
Mini Gyros - Good

The beers I enjoyed along the way:
Carlsberg - Very Good
Tsingtao - Excellent
Lowenbrau - Very Good
Samuel Adams - Very Good
Kirin Ichiban - Excellent
Casa Blanca - Excellent
Kronenbourg - Very Good
Labatt's - Very Good
Key West Ale - Very Good

So there it is, another great time at Food & Wine. And, yes, all of this was enjoyed in one day - I am a pretty big guy :)

Sounds like a great day with plenty of good food and brew.::yes:: :wave2:

Awww, I wish I could go back! I missed out on so many things. Thanks for the review :D
