Some first time rental help PLEASE!

I have been reading until my eyes hurt on these boards the last few days and cannot pull the trigger on a rental for my August 17th - 25th Southwest $49 fare trip. I have email correspondence only from purported owners of 3003 Viscount Circle, Lindfields, Kissimmee at site (not enough posts for a link yet - sorry) No OWNER information pops up for the "owner" on the property tax record sites listed in this forum. Anyone have any input before I pull the trigger (or maybe have another site for $600 total)? Thank you!

Hi, just checked the appraiser's site with the address, the owners surname is shown as Whalley (Hope this is the name you were expecting ).
The appraisers site is sometimes a problem, if you don't enter the information in the correct format it will come back as no match.

The most common problem is typing the full street name "viscount circle" into the one box, when it should be separate as below;

Try again and you should find the records;

Subdivision :choose lindfield's unit 1, from the drop down list
Street number: 3003
Street name; Viscount
Street type; Choose circle from the drop down list

If you are concerned that the owner is not genuine, ask them for their US management companies contact details and you can check them out that way, it only takes a phone call or an e-mail (tell the owner that you wish to verify that they are genuine, owners don't mind this at all, we totally understand that you may feel uncomfortable sending money off to someone on the internet).
