Hi

I have a skin disorder (Vitiligo and mild photosensitivity) and cannot be in the sun for great lengths of time, even with Sunblock on. I was wondering do Disney offer anything that can help with regards to this as I am worried about my holiday and standing in the sun while queueing for rides and attractions. If anyone can suggest what I can do or request it would be appreciated.

Welcome to disABILITIES.
I'd suggest you check out the disABILITIES FAQs thread. There is information about Guest Assistance Cards (GACs) there that could help you.

Also, since the queues will only be a portion of the day, you may want to look at clothing that provides sun protection. There was a thread in the last 2 weeks where I posted some information about sun protection clothing. I can't find it right now, but will look tonight after work.

Have you considered bringing an umbrella with you?
Another idea would be to go during the winter months when the daylight hours are shorter.

I think the good news is that most of the lines are under cover. I'd say you would be spending much more time in the sun getting to and from the various rides then waiting in line in the sun.
