Ok, I'm hoping that this time I can get some responses you guys!!
We are arriving around 10:30 to OC airport and will arrive at DL no later than 12:30 (hopefully). My husband and I would like to do the Fantasmic dessert buffet to celebrate our upcoming anniversary. However, it's pretty spendy and so we were wanting to go alone. Grandpa and Grandma said that they would watch our Ds' if we wanted to go. However, is that too much to ask in your opinion for the following reasons: 1. it's our first day 2. it would be leaving our kids and my parents out. This is the only night for fantasmic when we are there and we only get to DL every few years. Our last trip was 2000. Does anyone have any other "cool" ideas for couples wanting to do something unique at the resort? Would you just splerge and try to get seats for all 6 of us? Your opinions please!!
Thanks,

). See, that's what I forgot to mention. If we get to the hotel around 11:30 or so from the airport , chances are our room won't be ready...and that isn't too much of a problem, because we have a rental vehicle. However, we probably wouldn't come back until park closing....and it's the first night. Too much of a hassle? If the room is ready...then it wouldn't be as much of a dilemma. (Residence inn resort)
Everyone wins.
I was going to originally keep it a surprise, but made the choice to tell him to see if it sounded fun to him. I'm sure he will forget all about it. I've been left in charge by all to plan this trip...so, that's what I'll do.
