Here's the all new nano patent anti-taken plan.

First what you do is make a charcter that says your vmk title and then if you're a guy his girl or if you're a girl his guy.

Ex. If my vmk title was Nanoer the person would be Nanoersgirl

Then what you do is have the person stalk you around on vmk. So whenever anyone asks you that person is right there so they stop in their tracks. It might take a while for it to be establised in VMK "society" but hey it might now.

Yes you can say it I'm a genius... Actually you can say I have too much time on my hands and no life....

Nano, I have to say that is the smartest way to ward off those annoying people who want to do taken!

I have done it before, with my mom's character. I was trying to talk to a friend on Main Street, but people wouldn't stop asking..

So I brought my mom's character in and everyone stopped annoying me. I was able to tell the friend that it was my character in the first place.

Why this Nano very easy put "Taken" in your signature or "Taken by a NPC" or Not wish to be taken they back off than say in the room i report for harrasment if you ask me if im taken

I think there is a way to prevent this chaotic gesture of being coupled in vmk, but I don't think this is it. The answer, as I believe it to be, is in the hands of the VMK workers themselves. I think the only solution to ultimately reducing the number of people asking you is by having the workers (whoever has that control) crack down on this. That, however, could be nearly impossible as "Taken" has escalated to a vast craziness! The best bet, I think, is using that ignore button.

VMK Staff say that taken is nothing wrong but you cant go beyond taken as in having cyber

See I think it is stupid to just go up to someone and ask if they are taken, like who does that in real? but I think if you are friends first and more develops then taken is fine, like the vmk staff title it "special friends" I heart having a special friend, he's rad

Wow nanoer, what a "creative" idea... But sometimes I think some kids taken TOO far... I've tried your idea but.... The girl reported my mule, mule goes bye, and torture for the next.... minute!!!

Whee.... I have to admit, it's fun... but sometimes I'm hanging out with my friends and the "takenites" butt in and start asking every boy/girl if they're taken... We play lots of jokes (not mean!) and say we're all taken by each other and they say an equivalant of eww... and leave. Some staff dislike taken... But... I won't go into details.

Jasonpwns, explain why Nanoer needs to be "uglier"... I put a mirror in front of the laptop and BOOM, it go to millions of pieces...

A really simply way to do this without having to go through the trouble of creating an additional character is to put "against taken" or something similar in your sig. Both my husband and I have done this and we've never been bothered. Or if people are surrounding you, leave the room. If you're trying to do a quest, use the advanced mode and enter rooms that have little to no people in them. There are plenty of really simple ways to get around having to deal with it.

I usually just tell them I'm taken by all my hats and magic. >8D They get scared and go away. But simply being an odd color usually helps a ton.
