Solo Trips

If one more person at MS questions me about me being the only person on my October reservation, I think I'm going to scream! They're starting to give me a complex. I've heard similar stories from people attempting to make solo dinner reservations.

Has anyone else that booked a solo trip gotten this kind of reaction?

I've done quite a few solo trips (including a week in a 1BR at OKW) and have never been questioned. Possibly because I never really made ADRs until I was there. Of course this was a few years ago when you could call and make an ADR the same day!

No, I've never been been questioned or had a comment made about solo trips. Just go and have a great time!!!! My next solo trip is in February!!!

I've made two solo vacation reservations so far and no one at MS made any comments at all.
I did not book my dining reservations through MS but went through WDW-Dine and they were always fine with it. When I made my dining reservations they would confirm only one person but I've never gotten an remarks about it.

Sometimes when I make my reservations at 11 months I don't know who will be coming, so I just make it for myself. Never got any comments. I have gone myself a couple of times. The first time I did it I added my aunt's name to the room because I was afraid for people to know I was alone (when I was checking in I said she was coming later).

Thanks all for the replies. Maybe it's because it's my birthday. My ex has the kids that weekend and I thought it would be nice to take a short trip and do some things I want to do that I rarely get to do when I have the kids with me. I intend to have a wonderful time - thanks again!!!
