Solo trip to disney~

Ok so I just purchased DVC at GFV... got home last weekend from an amazing week at GF with my family - I have some points to use and was thinking of going to Disney in May for like 4/5 days - Im kinda scared!! LOL besides going on business trips Ive never gone away alone.....
Should I do it??

Im a 38 year old single female from NY.... lol I can def hold my own - just never went on an actual vacation alone before! LOL

If you have the time and interested in going I say go. I've so many solo vacations not only to WDW, Disneyland and Disney Cruises but all over the world that I don't even give it a second thought anymore. I understand your a woman but your from NY and like you said you can hold your own. Do it and enjoy the freedom of doing what you want when you want.

I went about a year ago for 3 nights and it was great...you can do what you want, when you want and you can't get any safer than Disney property...go for it!

I say go for it, I love to travel and Disney is my favorite place to go. As previous posts have said its safe you can do what you want and when you want. I definitely would be packing my bags. Have a blast.

The months of May, and Sept through early November are usually pretty popular with solo travelers. There's always a pretty good chance there may be some other solo DISers to meet up with at the parks if you feel like it.

that would be pretty awesome - as of now the first day I get there one of my friends will be there and he is also going alone lol so him & I will have dinner together and maybe MK my first day....
