Solo going to Universal 1st time

I need everyone's opinions. I am 46 years old and going to Universal for the first time and figuring out daily food budget. I wa thinking of 60.00 per day. I will probably do only one sit down restaurant the rest will be counter service. Do you that is reasonable or not enough? I don't drink so there will be no buying of alcohol.thanks for all of your help
