Thanks for being here~~ I remembered this thread from years ago, and now I am planning a part solo/part friends trip and leaving next week! I'm also on a ECV and know that one WL boat does not accommodate the ECV. So these are my questions:
- 1st night at Boulder Ridge - bus to MK? Yes? Dinner at CG - I ride over to CR and can I take a boat back to WL after dinner?
- Breakfast at 1900's PF. WL to GF via boat? or to CR then monorail to GF? This has me stumped.
- Subsequent days at OKW - We have CM for birthday breakfast...bus to MK, then walk to CR or boat to DS and bus to CR?

There is always more to learn! Throw those gondolas in the mix next trip and I'll be totally lost again!! Thank you in advance.

Boats to/from CR do not accommodate scooters; nor do boats to/from GF.

So you need to go back to MK to get bus or boat to WL after dinner.

I believe boats from WL to MK start 1/2 hour before opening. If your breakfast is earlier, you'll need to take bus to MK to get Resort Monorail to GF. Again, boat to CR is not an option.

Neither boats to DS nor bus from DS to CR is likely to be running early enough to get you to breakfast. Boats start at 10; bus may not start until 11. Take bus to MK from the resort.

Remember that you may have to wait 1/2 hour for the accessible boat between MK & WL.

So NO boat from WL will accommodate an ECV going to CR nor MK??? Hope MK busses will be running with some regularity after dinner - it's the 1st MNSSHP night!

I know I was able to get from WL to FW and back last year. In fact, the returning boat made a special WL stop just to have me disembark.

The PF ressie is 11:20 so time is not an issue.Guess it will be bus to monorail.
This is not working out as I had planned. Oh well.

Thank you!

No. Alternatively boats will travel between WL and MK. Can't help you with the CR/WL/FW boat. Go down to the dock and ask.

Buses WILL be running regularly.

No ... there are no accessible boats between CR & WL; but, as you said earlier, there are usually one accessible plus one non-accessible boat running between MK & WL, which is why I said you may have to wait 30 minutes -- if you just missed the accessible boat leaving, you will have to wait for the non-accessible boat to come & go before the accessible one returns.

I believe they usually run 2 accessible boats between MK & FtW, and as you observed, they will sometimes offer to drop off an ECV at WL.

Another thing: if you happen to be looking to get from WL to MK in the afternoon or evening, last year they were not officially running buses from WL to MK after a certain time in the afternoon. The bus arrival times board at WL was telling Guests to "Use Watercraft" to MK. What they actually did was modify the route of the MK-WL bus to pick up Guests at FtW for MK, so after dropping off at WL, the bus went to FtW Settlement, and then returned non-stop to MK. So you could get a bus to MK, but it did not have MK on the marquee; instead it said FtW or WL. You would need to ask the driver if the bus was going to MK, and he would let you ride to FtW and then stay on the bus to MK. (Not all buses from WL to FtW are going to MK.) Now, I'm not sure whether that change was permanent and is still in effect, or was a limited time test. And this was only after a certain time on the afternoon; it ran normally in the morning.

Ok, I think I've got it! Thank you so much!!

Only one night at BRV - Then to OKW for the remainder of my stay. I'm thinking I'll cancel the GF Ressie and hit Park Faire on my January trip. Then I use the remaining TS credit at Epcot or "home" at Olivia's.

Such a wealth of knowledge here - again, many thanks!

For CM I would not count on bus from DS to CR to be running early enough for breakfast. They try to discourage people parking at DS for free and going to MK via CR.
