I am interested in dining at CR and the opportunity for me to do so will likely be during the solo part of my trip. Is this a place conducive to solo dining? Where do I want to sit?

Thanks

I was just there a few wks ago solo. I did eat at Coral Reef. They put me near where the waiters enter/exit so I put my back to them. They did however put me right up against the tank which was good. No problem eating there solo and I even met the 2 ladies sitting next to me. Another mom and her 2 kids came over to look at my light up Tinkerbell.

I've eaten there solo twice. Sounds like I got the same general area as newholidayX2, right up against the tank. I think I was a few tables away from any servers' door. I really loved eating there, but if you want to bring a book or write in a journal, it's rather difficult because it's pretty dark in there.

I too have eaten at the Coral Reef more than once. It's a great place to eat solo because there's always something to capture your interest while looking at the huge aquarium wall that makes up one entire wall of the dining room. The smaller tables (for two), are on the lower levels, and larger tables are located further away, and higher up.

Enjoy.
