Sold Out Cat 3 for 7/1/06

I can not believe that ALL the Cat 3's are gone for 7/1/06! I faxed in my request in March and when I called this morning to give my deposit they were all gone. I am having a hard time believing that they are all gone. I booked a Cat4 and wait listed the 3. Does inventory control freeze all the suites then contact the people later??? I am so upset.

Call back the TA you booked with and keep your reservation but Wail list for a Cat. 3. Chances are you will get it. DCL works their way down the wait list as people cancel so the sooner you call the higher up you will be on the list. I would guess people had already told their TA's their choice of cruise dates and cat. wanted before the dates came out and when the dates where released the agents booked. Don't give up hope. We just received notice last week that we did get our cat. 3 for our New Year's Eve cruise on the Magic. We booked that cruise after our March'04 cruise. Just remember this is not an upgrade and you will have to pay the price difference if you choose to take the new stateroom. Good Luck. Kathy
