Two small contracts, 65 and 35 points, both stripped, sold both in under two weeks at asking price or very close to ($107 and $110) We're thrilled and can't wait to start the search for more BWV points!

Life is good in DVCland for us today!

blt is very desirable and sells well. hope you are pleased with the sale. i did the same thing and now am sorry that i sold it. i have more blt and just love it. don't think i will sell anymore.

boardwalk is also fantastic. i don't own any bwv pts. but i love to stay there. it is beautiful, comfortable and a great location. they just need new training for their employees. they are very rude at times. ;) this may go over well with the younger generation, but not the older.

I think you got a good price, and I hope you find what you want at BWV. We own at both, and like them both for different reasons.

This is a great example of why it is important to insist on smaller contracts when buying from Disney. These small contract are hard to find, and sell for a much higher price and much faster than say a 160 point contract. We sold 3 small AKL contracts in 2009 in order to buy VGC when it went on sale. Even though we were in the depths of the recession had a buyer within 24 hours of putting them on the market.

That's great. I bought my BLT resale 2 years ago and I only paid $95 and it was a loaded contract not stripped, so the market has definitely improved. And it's a smaller contract (not as small as 65)

As a BLT buyer, the market is good for the seller. We've done 3 resale purchases of BLT over the past 3 years. Actually we made our initial BLT purchase in August, 2010 and have done 3 add-ons already (we have a problem).

Anyway, it's always grab it right away or it's gone with <100 BLT contracts.
