On the theme parks board someone posted today that they bought MYW tickets at SOG this morning. No details on the prices yet.

Bump OK, I have not called because I still have time before we go and stay at SOG and I did not want to tie up the phones, so if anyone can let me know what they found out I would greatly appreciate it. Do they have the same options as the Disney tickets do?? just no taxes?? Please someone!!

someone posted the prices on the theme park board. We are looking at 6 day passes with hopping and it looked like $4 off and no tax.

Bob Bon, I do not know if that is what I am looking for. What I am looking for is the price of the new tickets at SOG. Are they the same price as Disney's except there is no taxes? i.e. at Disney adult 6 day park hopper expiring ticket is going to be $236.43 with tax and a child 197.03 with tax. So I am figuring SOG ticket price will be adult $222.00 and child $185.00. Am I right? Thank you for checking it for me. .

In the brochure I received yesterday, I don't see a date range but it does say the usual disclaimer "Prices and entitlements are subject to change without notice." Here is what they sent me for ticket prices:

Wow, that didn't format the way I wanted it to but I think you can see that the first price is SOG, second is Gate price w/tax and third is the savings.

It looks like SOG sent you an old brochure. The tickets they are listing are still called Park Hoppers. I would call SOG to be on the safe side. Some people who have stayed recently have posted that SOG is selling the MYW tickets. There have been different listings for the price they paid though.

Tough as it is, if you need to know soon, I would brave the hold time and call SOG directly.

I spoke with SOG attraction office last week and for a adult 7 day base ticket is $195, and the child base is $151. So for park hopping option just add $35, which makes the adult price $230, and the child $186. Not so sure what the non expiring option cost. Hope this helps.

Actually, on the SOG website you have to go to the attractions page for tickets prices and they haven't posted the new ticket prices yet. Reservations is for rooms. They still have the old Park Hopper and the Stars and Stripes prices posted last April or May. There's at least one other thread on the DIS site that has the prices quoted. I do know the "extras" like park hopping are not discounted for SOG available tickets. The discount is on the base price of the tickets only.

I keep seeing that they are selling both park hoppers and MYW tickets until they run out of the hoppers.

I have seen a few other threads that show tickets from SOG a few dollars cheaper than the regular MYW tickets with no tax.

I've tried calling SOG a few times and can't get someone to pick up. I want to make sure advance tix from Disney are not cheaper than the SOG tix. I doubt they will be, but I still want to make sure.
