SOG Room Requests?

Have your room requests at SOG been honored? And what did you request?
We're thinking of requesting a higher floor in the new section away from the garage facing the old section. Does this sound like a good plan for a family with a 20 month old in need of afternoon naps?

We've had room requests honored, although it certainly will depend on the occupancy level. If you have a little munchkin who will require naps, I'd request a room toward the end of the hallway, even though it will mean more walking. The farther out you are, the fewer people will go bellowing past your door.

Also, consider bringing a white noise machine to help muffle sounds.

A room request in the OLD section at the end of the rat maze sounds like a good one to me. Most people will want the new section because.....well....it's new. I have stayed in the old section at the very end of the maze and it was extremely quiet. Maybe give it some consideration. Sometimes new is not better.

I agree! That is somehow where we always end up (never requested - just coincidence). It is very quiet and all you do it walk down the steps and you are right at the pool and Evergreens. The only disadvantage is the LONG walk to the room after being at the parks all day!
