sog question???

My friend is trying to book an SOG vacation for April 19th-23rd. She has not heard back from them yet, will they be sending her to the Contempory or another resort??? Please we need answer QUICK!!!!

SoG is actually supposed to be open by then. I would suggest your friend give SoG a call because I'm not certain their online request actually is working. I have now requested Christmas week three times and still have received NO response. I'm not that concerned since I doubt we'd stay there with their mandatory holiday package but still a reply would be nice!

ellenec, Is she trying to book online or over the phone? I sent in a reservation request online, waited about 6 days, and still hadn't gotten a reply. Finally, I had my husband call them. He was able to get the reservation.
They are "supposed" to be open by your time frame, but who knows.

I have also sent 3 e-mail requests for the week between Christmas and New Year. I thought I must have done something wrong since I never received a reply.
