SoG HELP!!!!

AHHHH! I just got off the phone with SoG to inquire about their internet access. I was told I would not be able to dial up to AOL!!! That I have to use their web-tv and its $4.95 for every 12 hours. I don't care about the cost, but I *need* my computer not the tv. I have to turn in an exam and papers while away via e-mail and I can't access these documents from web-tv!!!

Has anyone here used dial-up from SoG? Is the person I talked to wrong about this? I *really* hope so, or this could be a disaster!

I think as long as you have your computer with you and you have a phone line, you will be able to access AOL. I was able to dial out to AOL and CompuServe when I have been in Disney resorts, and I can't imagine it's any different at SOG.

Absolutely not true... we've dialed up just fine from there.
