SoG for Reserves?

I know that this has probably been asked over and over but I looked back about 10 pages and couldn't find anything and the search function is disabled. Is SoG for those in the military reserves, too? I'm asking for a friend so I don't recall what the answer was previously. Thank you.

Yes, my DH is in the guards and we are going Feb. 29 to March 7 staying at Contemporary because SOG will not be done.

I forgot to add that the rate depends on your rank. At SOG.org they have the rates for each rank.
