SOG does NOT renew annual passes.

Despite what I had been told by calling WDW about being able to renew at SOG, after waiting in the ticket line we found out that the answer is no. They sell the initial passes but do not renew. We could have renewed on line or over the phone but we were converting one AP to a FL AP and it made more sense to do it in person at any ticket counter but not at a resort we were told. The difference in price is sbout $20 or the FL sales tax. Hope this helps.

the people at the callings center know very little about anything but booking, in general no resort handles tickets upgrade, once at WDW guest services and tickets booths at the park can do them, and yes it's better to do all upgrades in person for the same reason, phone cast members are clueless
